2 x 50 mins talk therapy sessions to gently and lovingly delve into your childhood past that has caused you to suffer significantly in adulthood. You are free to cry, be angry, swear and say what feels right for you!
1 x Distance healing Happy Brain Chemistry intensive emotional brain healing that is vital for rewriting your brains chemistry which helps the brain to begin the process of healing, which is where the cells repair and let go of the trauma storage that is adversely affecting your physical and mental health!
Please ensure you are ready for the time allocated to you as I have limited time between sessions.
