💌Inner Child Meditation: A magical journey into the heart of your innocent little self.
 
🌸Our inner child is the most vulnerable, magical but equally wounded aspect of ourselves. We can't work on this part of us ourselves, but rather need a loving and kind guide to be able to help us navigate and pinpoint exactly what she needs help with.
 
​​​​​​​🌸This beautiful meditation session will help you to gently reconnect with that hurt and lost part of you, to ask her questions and to give her the comfort and love she deserves. 🌸What this session offers:
 
45 mins deeply immersive shamanic meditation journeying session that gently works with your Spirit Animals and Angels to access the part of your inner child that is suffering. 
You will be guided to offer her comfort and love as the adult you. To show her what she needs most and what she never got as a little girl
Closing off with grounding back into your body 
 
Please ensure you are ready for the time allocated to you as I have limited time between sessions.
